“I was not expecting much from this item after reading the reviews, but the one reviewer who can’t say much is sure liking it with the outside temperature in the low 30s outside. I set it on top of a thermerest dog cushion and with a thin blanket on top of the electric blanket. I wasn’t impressed by the heat and that you have to lay on it to feel the heat, but my dogs spend lot more time on it than before the electric blanket. I did not feel as bad leaving for work this morning (23 degrees) and seeing them laying down on the blanket.
