Controlling some bacterial fish disease can be difficult without the proper knowledge or information. Fish Zole Forte acts by balancing the bactericidal action on gram positive and gram negative bacteria. Common bacterial diseases which we usually find in fish are Aeromonas Hydrophila and Pseudomonas. Let me try to explain them in simple words. If your fish is suffering from Aeromonas Hydrophila, the symptoms are fin rot, tail rot, abdominal swelling, and ulcers. This bacterial disease is usually found in fish and amphibians since they live in aquatic environments. Pseudomonas usually live in natural waters and infect most species of fish. If your fish develop hemorrhages in the mouth area or ventral side body, they maybe affected by these parasites. You can add one tablet for each 20 gallons of water per day, and for the best result, you should change partial water between treatments. Each tablet of Fish Zole Forte contains 500mg metronidazole, an antibiotic which usually used for bacteria and protozoa.

How long it takes to cure the infection? Well, it is recommended to continue the medication bath for a minimum 5 days, but not more than 10 days.
